How do I contact Intuit to fix an error in Turbotax?

Turbotax Deluxe download for Mac is limiting my charitable deductions to 50% AGI instead of 50%. I have posted this topic to the community, but I don't see how to find if it has been answered. TT is incorrect and I need to get this problem fixed. Do I have to fill out a paper return by hand instead of using the software? How can I escalate this problem to someone who can help fix it? How do I see my posting in the community?

1.  Contact Intuit -  contact support.

2.  Take a look at Publication 526, Charitable Contributions. It opens to the first page listing Limits of Deductions, press the underlined 15. There are many limitations depending on many options. All of them are based on AGI.

3. If you are on a MAC with the download version, you can switch to Forms mode. When you override values there, you will void the accuracy guarantee but will have the program doing the math and carrying things through.

4. If there is a problem, contact support  to escalate the issue.
