How do I clear and start over? Instructions say to find the tax tools menu item on the left, but it doesn't exist.

How do I clear and start over? Instructions say to find the tax tools menu item on the left, but it doesn't exist.

You must be inside your actual tax file, before tax tools shows up on left side.

So, you need to "Continue....." first.
