How do I change the primary filer on my return?

On a joint return? Its not advisable to change positions between taxpayer and spouse, IRS prefers it to remain consistent. Why do you want to change?

I did turbo tax for the first time and put myself first. On all our previous forms my husband is first. I need to be consistent

Click My Info>>Edit and enter his information, then go down and click edit next to spouse and enter your information.
