How do I change the first name associated with my account from my ex-husband's name to my name?

I have been separated from my husband for the majority of 2017. When I log into my TurboTax account, it always says "Welcome back, Robert". I would of course, rather not see this and change it to my name instead. How can I do this? Thank you!

You cannot ... it will always welcome the first person listed on the return.  If you are not going to file a joint return then you must open a new account with a new userID & password.

While you still have access to that old account make sure to download the PDF & .taxfiles for every year on file since you will not have access to them much longer if you are not going to use this account to file a return for 2017.

If you are now divorced then you have to open a new account for your new filing status ... do NOT try to use the old account.
