How do i change the email i used to creat the account

Log into your Intuit  account.  Find the Overview tab (should be on left side) and choose the Sign in & security option.  Choose Email address option.    If this doesn't work,  I recommend contacting Support on the Intuit site.

Changing your email address yourself saves time. Here's how to do it:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
2. Select Intuit Account in the lower left corner.
3. Click Edit at the right of the Email address line.
4. Enter your new email address and confirm it.
5. Enter your password.
6. Click Save and you’re done.

If you no longer have access to your email address and are unable to login to your TurboTax Online account, please complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
