I think you mean you have entered your tax information in TurboTax as a single filer, and now you want to add your spouse so you can file as married-joint. All you need to do is go to the personal information section and edit your information. You will choose the option that you are married and the program will ask for your spouse's information and will give you the choice to file as married-joint once you have entered all of your spouse's information.
