The routing number is correct. Will I have a problem receiving my refund?

Has your return already been filed? If it has, unfortunately it is too late to change that information. When the IRS attempts to deposit the funds with the incorrect bank info, it will be rejected at which point the IRS will issue you a paper check in the mail.
