How do I change my address to have a paper check sent to the correct address? (Address on file for account is correct, but not correct on filing information.)

I am trying to change my address to my current one in order to get my paper check. The address in the filing section is an old address I do not have access to anymore. I have changed the address on my account to the correct one, but the filing selection was automatically written in as my old address and it will not let me fix it.

If you have not e-filed yet, go to MY INFO to enter the correct mailing address so that it appears on your Form 1040. If you already e-filed with an old address send a change of address asap to the IRS.
