How do I change my address?? I messed up and added a number.and I can't get Inuit to send me a new one with correct address .what else can I do

Do you know if I can email them the info with a pic of my drivers liscense and paycheck stub?? I'm desperate because my state was depsoited onto the turbo tax card but since I messed up my address I havent received the card yet and iv emailed everyine I can think of including green dot turbo tax ect..i just need the card .i sent them my new address and copies of all my documents saying my address I dint know what else to do.every number I call I can't ever get a live person
