How do I change amount charged to credit card when re-filing?

Paid original amount owed via credit card, and the return was rejected. I went to refile and it changed amount owed but was still going to charge the original amount plus the new amount.<BR />

Turbotax will not populate California Schedule 540 line 20 with tax preparation fees. Per the FTB's instructions for this line, these fees are deductible (on line 20)
