How do I cancel next years software
I want to cancel the 2017 software package. You failed to send in my 2015 returns and I had to mail the 2016 as you kept having issues. when attempting to send iiit.
I assume you're referring to the TurboTax Advantage program (auto-ship of tax software each year). If you'd like to cancel your subscription as an Advantage member, please use the info below.
