How do I CALL YOU? I CAN'T FIND THE TAXES i finished but couldn't efile without an update!

I spent over 40 minutes in a chat with someone who knew nothing and said I could click on the red button and my taxes would be saved. Now I can't find them

I can't update OR get into my tax file to finish it! I get error code 1603. It has always worked before today.
