What do you mean?  Are you asking how to pay for using TurboTax software?   If you are using a paid version of the software, you can pay BEFORE you file by using your own credit or debit card.   Or...you can have the fees taken out of your federal refund.  That choice will cost you an extra $40 ($45 in CA) "refund processing fee" on top of the other fees for using TurboTax.
