You need to print the form, sign it, scan it into your computer, and then upload the form to TurboTax (see screenshot).

The "Find Electronic Copy" button is not available.  What now??

Even received an e-file rejection from IRS and Turbo tax is not providing a solution.

I just called and was told to file a hardcopy.

Great Support Rep gave me a link to the list of forms where eFiling is not supportd at this time.  The 8453 PE is one of them.  See if I have one of them.  If so, manually file via snail mail.
