TurboTax doesn't typically allow you to attach PDF documents to your return. If your return requires something to be attached to the return, you generally won't be able to e-file. You'll need to print and mail the return with the required attachments. If the form can be submitted with a Form 8453, TurboTax will prompt you print that form and mail your attachment with that form.
