How do I add a 1099INT when TT doesn't have the bank as a choice; pdf will not upload properly and the app won't snap a photo?

I tried to upload the pdf and it kept defaulting to the bank list (mine is not included). The snap did not work at all, kept giving get closer-keep doc in frame, etc and would never take the pic.

When you Add another 1099-INT and:

1) .....get to the page that asks for the bank name...you scroll to the bottom of the page and

hit the button for "Enter A Different Way".

2)...on the next page you select the investment type (1099-INT) and "Continue"

3)...then on the page that allows you to upload, you ignore all the box selections there and hit the 

"Type it In Myself" at the bottom of that page.
