how do close account with turbotax?

Just trying to close turbotax account entirely. Not just delete info option which still keeps account open. Just want bo association or contact from turbotax about anything. Is that possible? Turbotax is like an STD at this point.

Your account is unique to the ID and password that you established and can not be accessed by anyone else, 

• but it can not be completely removed from the system.
• Clear and start over which will remove all data from the return.

You can try to access the Free edition

1. Log into TurboTax
2. On the left sidebar at the bottom
3. Select Switch Products [Up Arrow]

• Upgrade
• Downgrade
• Clear and start over
