I see that I can do :
File > Print > All Forms and Worksheets
but I don't get an option to save as a pdf, only an option to send to my printer. I do not want to print, but save.
I know there is a "save as pdf" option, but that doesn't print the all the forms (only about a half).
Last year, with TurboTax 2019, I was able to save all the forms. For some reason, I am not able to do it with TurboTax 2020. What is the trick?
Thank you.

Go ahead and choose print, and then when the printer control page comes up allowing you to choose which printer to send it to, choose the printer in the dropdown list as Microsoft Print to PDF. It will then ask you "Save Print Output As" and you can choose a location on your drive to create the PDF.
After you've filed, it's a good idea to save your return as a PDF (Portable Document Format), which can be viewed or printed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader software.
This lets you view and print your tax return if your tax data file (.tax file) gets corrupted or if you no longer have the TurboTax software installed on your system.
Instructions
If you make changes to your original return, repeat these steps to ensure your .tax file and PDF copy are synchronized.
To print from the PDF file, open the PDF and select the printer icon. If you don't see this, try the tips in Adobe's Print PDFs support document.

In Mac (at least) you can open the Form section, do File->Print Active Form and et voila.
