You get 5 free federal e-files when using the TurboTax desktop editions that are installed on a personal computer.
Using the TurboTax online editions, which you appear to be using, only one tax return can be completed and filed per account and User ID.
Did you use the Desktop program before? It is still the same. But the Online browser version is only good for 1 return per account and you need to have separate accounts and pay for each one.
Did you buy the Desktop program? Are you using the Online version because you can’t install the program this year?
I was using turbo tax for years and recently I had a bad experience with a representative Edwig she told me I would be eligible for 0 dollars on my tax return obviously she doesn’t no what she’s doing because I had H and r block look at my taxes and they offered me 500 $ back I had a hardship this year cause me not to work as much but every dollar counts and 500 is better then 0 your agents should be well trained clearly there not that being said I will not be using turbo tax moving foward for my future larger returns this is the worst company ever no one communicates because prior to that conversation a turbo tax agent told me I would get 600$ back edwige had no knowledge of that . Using turbo tax has been the worst experience. I have had the most unprofessional person working with me. I am now left needing someone else to complete my taxes, due to not being able to get a straight answer from person who originally helped me. I will leave reviews daily
I have had the worst experience with Pamela, I have been asking for a manager to call me for a week. I have no idea what is going on with my taxes. I plan on suing
I agree totally. This is the worst software package I’ve ever used. In the past, it was OK but now it’s awful

I got what TurboTax for the first time because everybody kept talking about how fast and thorough they were in doing your taxes. Then when you get on they have a fee of $150 that they will take care of. Pretty much everything that you need as far as filing and so forth. I had to do ground work to get my 1095a form. I did that sent it in not knowing that the forms that I sent in was not from my 2023-2024 since I haven't filed in less than 5 years. I was ready to check out over a week ago and I got in contact with my agent and told her what I needed to do because she ended up giving me two two or give gave me a service code to put in and it's supposed to discount your overall total and it's supposed to tell you pretty much what you have to pay. The code didn't work. I got back with her the same day that she gave it to me. Still did not work. This was pretty much the last week right before Wednesday which was the deadline and she didn't get back to me until Friday. Which today is the 22nd so it was the Friday prior to this week. When she got back she wanted to sit there and give me the information that I needed several days ago to go ahead and check out to get this started and gone so I can start on my 2025 which still has not been taken care of yet. This will be my first and my last time doing this because of the fact that it's basically going to cost me over $300 in order to file when it was supposed to be just $150. My agent didn't get back to me until pretty much the end of the deadline because of the fact that the price of $150 goes up to $169 and all I asked for was basically what she gave me recently. I'm like why couldn't you give that to me? Several days prior before the deadline.
