The TurboTax program will show your taxes owed. TurboTax does not get any information regarding when a payment has been withdrawn for taxes owed.
Funds are usually withdrawn on the payment date you specify in TurboTax, assuming your e-filed return has already been accepted (received) by the IRS. If that date falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the funds are typically withdrawn the next business day.
If you file right before (or on) the busy April 18, 2022 deadline, the IRS may not be able to debit your payment until after the deadline due to high e-filing volume. Additionally, it can take your bank another few days to post the debit to your account.
Don't worry. As long as you filed your return (or extension) on or before April 18, 2022, and you selected April 18, 2022 (or earlier) as your payment date, you won't get penalized for late payment.
If you still don't see the debit in your bank account 7–10 days after your return has been accepted, call IRS e-file Payment Services at 1-888-353-4537 or contact your state tax agency.

I forgot if I selected efile the payment on Turbotax or to file manually by mail. How can I check?
After you e-file your return, it's considered "pending". After the IRS processes your return, it'll either be accepted or rejected.
Once you submit your return in TurboTax Online, you'll see its status on the Tax Home screen of your account. We'll also send you emails letting you know when your e-file status changes.
You can use the IRS tool Where's My Refund to check if your e-filed return has been received.
If you don't see an e-file status for your return in TurboTax Online, you may have filed your return in a different account or using a different method.

I understand that. The status of my Federal Tax Return showed Accepted on the TurboTax.
However, this year, I own $2,000. I forgot if I choose to efile this payment or if I need to send 1040-V. How can I check that?
I suggest printing the return with all of the worksheets. The worksheets will show how whether you selected to pay from band account, credit card etc. Here is how:
When you print a copy of your return, we include everything that was sent to the government, plus extra documentation and calculation worksheets.
However, the printout won't include copies of the entry forms you got in the mail, such as W-2s or 1099s. If you need copies of those, contact whoever issued them originally.

I submitted information to pay what I owed for 2023 but no feedback from TT that is was or was not submitted or for what amount. Is there somewhere in the program that you can see that information?
If you downloaded a complete copy of your return including the worksheets, you can confirm what you entered as far as payment method; i.e., whether you selected to pay from a bank account, credit card, etc., as shown in @Cynthiad66 's post in this thread.
When you receive notice that your return was successfully filed, this confirms that the payment information you entered was received by the IRS.
To confirm whether and when the payment was made, you would need to check your bank or credit card account.
If you have an online account with the IRS, you can check that account to verify your payment was processed successfully. Check your online tax account two business days after the date you scheduled the payment to be withdrawn from your bank account. Your online tax account will indicate whether a payment attempt was rejected.
