Switch back from where? Where are you? Are you in the Online version and want to go to the Desktop program? Or visa versa?
You can use the same login ID that you use with TurboTax Online with TurboTax Mobile.

Apparently I am stuck in a loop, tech support said it's a known problem they're trying to fix.
