How Can I star a new tax return?

You can start a new tax return in TurboTax online by clicking the signup screen link here:  https://myturbotax.intuit.com/sign-up/.

If you have already filed your own Tax Return, you should not start a new tax return for yourself.  Instead, if you need to add or change something, you need to Amend your Tax Return.  You can click here for instructions on Amending your tax return: How to Change a Tax Return You Already Filed.
