How can I set up my account if I'm a non-resident alien?

I am a real estate property owner and I need to file my taxes. Can I still use TurboTax or do I need to use a different site?

If you are a nonresident alien you cannot use TurboTax. You have to file Form 1040-NR, which TurboTax does not support.
