How can I get my W-2s

Okay since the coronavirus and IRS cannot be talked to you on the phone how do I request a copy of my W2 that was sent to them

Have you asked the company that issued the W-2 for another copy?

 yes they gave yes they gave me a phone number for the corporate office and said that they couldn't help me out a contact corporate which never got to talk to anybody they just asked me that I need to resend the forms and I said yes and gave them my new address and I've been doing that on and off since February and still have not received anything
