My computer was attacked by a virus. We had to even replace the hard drive. There was no way to 'un-install' Turbo Tax because the computer was not working. We replaced the attacked hard drive but the code for the Premier 2020 Edition is not accepted. This is wrong. It is the same computer. Only the hard drive had to be replaced. Please help, Turbo Tax people!!!

Support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday. Closed Thanksgiving day and Friday 11/26
