How can I fix an error message for form 2210 or even delete the form?

I am using TurboTax online version. On the review before filing I get an error message telling me to uncheck a box for form 2210 Part II Box A. I have repeatedly tried to uncheck the box with no success. I have also tried to delete Form 2210 with no success. I should not actually not need the form as I do not have underpayment penalty.
