There is no such thing.  The IRS normally has 3 years after the due date to audit any tax return.   Up to 7 years in some cases and forever if fraud is suspected.  The ITS can audit for any reason, not no reason at all - totally random audit.

You can be audited for up to 6 years (although 3 in most cases). There is no way to find out if the IRS is "done" with you.
