How can I file my 2021 taxes? If rejected can I request a copy from the IRS so I can fix it?

I don't think I filed with turbo tax back then. But it says I can file if I pay for the years service but doesn't give me the option.

A 2021 return cannot be e-filed.  It can only be filed by mail.    However, you seem unsure as to whether you filed a 2021 return.  Check the IRS site first to see if there is a transcript of a 2021 return that you filed.
