Only allowing me to do direct deposit and won't let me do direct deposit. please help

In order to file by mail you have to pay your TurboTax fees upfront using a credit or debit card. You cannot print until your fees have been paid. If you choose to file by mail you can get direct deposit of your refund but you cannot choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund.

If you file by mail make sure to attach your W-2's and any 1099's that show tax withheld. Federal and state returns go to separate addresses.

And it is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it so you will know it was received--like certified mail.
