Are you using the same account information, user ID and password, to log in?
If you are not using the same account you will not find the return you have already started.

Started return yesterday and can't get back in
What does that mean "can't get back in?" Does that mean you can't log into your account?
Or does it mean you can log in OK, but TurboTax thought you were finished, so your return is closed, and you don't know how to open the unfiled return back up?
If you can't log in, then see the answer TurboTax LeonardS left you in this thread to regain account access.
If you can log in, but your return is closed because TurboTax thought you were finished when you weren't, you can open the unfiled return back up to get back to the interview this way. At the Tax Home or in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents" look for a link "Add a State" and click. That doesn't really add one; it just opens the return back up so you can finish working on it and efile.
