How can I downgrade to a free version? I've used the "clear and start over" feature but it didn't work. There are only two options - Deluxe and Deluxe Live.

You can start your tax return using TurboTax Free, but if you do not qualify for TurboTax Free, you will be prompted to upgrade. You can remove Deluxe as long as you haven't already registered or paid.
