How can I change my spouse's name in Turbotax? The system has picked my ex-wife's name, not my current wife?

You should be using a new account and new user ID for a joint return with a new spouse.   If you are using the same account you used with your "ex" there will be embedded data that will continue to give you errors as you prepare the return.
