To edit your payment information, please complete the following steps:

  • Sign in to TurboTax account
  • Click on Take me to my return button
  • Click on the File tab (upper right corner) and proceed to the Just one more step screen
  • Click the first Revisit link (next to You've chosen to deduct your TurboTax fees from your federal refund).
  • Click View Payment Options on the next screen, and then select method on the screen after that.
  • Complete Payment by entering information.
  • Continue to the Just one more step screen to make sure the method has changed.

How can I change my payment method

No, I completed it and paid with Visa, but because my edible was rejected, I must now file by mail and I order to do that I need to change my method of payment!

Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on how to find your AGI from last year

I entered the correct AGI and I'm still getting an e-file reject?
