How can I change from papers filing to electronic filing

After you complete your review in Turbo Tax, it will ask you if you want to file electronically or by paper. Just click on the electronic button.  FYI, I do a hybrid.  I file the federal electronically as that is free but I still do the state by paper to avoid the $23+ filing fee.
