How can I add my grandchild as a dependant

Go to the Personal Info section and go to the Dependents section. Select edit next to their name if you have her entered already. You will be able to edit each of their information by clicking edit. Under the section asking "What's your relationship to...?" select another person. This will give you the choice to select grandchild. Also any child born during the year qualifies as being in the home the whole year.

How can I add my grandchild as a dependant

There is no Dependents section anywhere that I can find.  Not under Personal Info, not anywhere.  Where do I find the Dependents section?

You can "Add a dependent" to open the interview questions to describe your dependents.  On the left-hand menu select "My Info."  The "Add a dependent" button can then be found below the marital status, if single, or below your spouse information, if married.

To claim a grandchild as your dependent

When you enter the child’s name in Personal Info, you will be asked “What’s your relationship to  [child’s name]?”

           Choose “another person”

a drop down menu will appear that lets you choose grandchild
