How can I add accounts to my email so I can prepare returns for family members?

I was able to add one additional account to my email so I could prepare my return and one family member. I need to know how to add additional family returns to the same email address

If you are using TurboTax Online, you can create multiple accounts for the same email address by using different usernames. When you go to log in once you have multiple usernames, you will see buttons for "Use a different userid" and "remove a userid". Each return will require separate payment for TurboTax.

If you use TurboTax Desktop, you can prepare up to five returns for one price. See here for more information about Desktop products.

I haven’t been able to add others to my account like I have in the past what do I need to do?

@Cathy20 Are you using the TurboTax online web-based editions or the TurboTax desktop editions installed on personal computer.

If the online editions, those can only be used for one tax return per account and User ID.  For another tax return using the online editions you will have to create a new account, a new User ID and use a new email address.
