How can file taxes from previous years with an expert?

Taxes have been submitted but I can’t e file them.

Prior year tax returns cannot be e-filed using the personal editions of TurboTax.  The tax returns can only be printed and mailed.

In the File section of the program select File by Mail

What did you mean by "taxes have been submitted?"

How and when did you prepare the prior-year returns?    At this point in time Online TurboTax is only for 2020 returns.  It cannot prepare a prior-year return online.  If you are preparing prior-year returns now, they have to be prepared in desktop software (CD/download) for each specific tax year.

I can not e-file 2018 or 2019 taxes. When I try to submit my taxes they’re rejected.

The TurboTax online editions are Only for tax year 2020.

To complete and file a 2019 and 2018 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2019 and 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, they cannot be e-filed.  Use separate envelopes for each tax year when mailing.
