How can file my federal tax return only with turbo tax

I want to file my federal tax return on turbotax separately from the state taxes that I will do with a local tax agent.

Complete the federal tax return and go through Federal Review.  After the review click on File on the left side of the online program screen.  Complete all three steps in the file section and e-file the tax return.
