How am I supposed to access the refund if credit karma sends the verification code to a phone number that isn't mine. the victim of identity theft and can't access Ck?

I'm sure the verification code is being sent to the thief who stole my identity and has had access to my taxes for years now. I need to access the CK account so I can change the contact info on file to match mine, updated. If not, my refund is unfortunately, heading right back to the perpetrator
