Unbelievable
Turbo Tax Customer service is getting worse every year. The agent blamed Norton before listening to the problem or trying to figure it out. When I mentioned it wasn't Norton and that she should first listen to the issue, the agent got offended. What??? Lady, why don't you first listen and do some investigation?? This lady was completely obnoxious. No manners. Disrespectful. Rude. And she hung up when I refused to just keep saying Yes to all the misinformation, she wanted me to hear.
Come-on Turbo Tax!! You guys are hiring some bizarre and rude employees. Please Stop! We don't need these employees' giving us false information and having the right to present bad behavior as they please on the phone and hang up whenever they want to without any repercussions.
We've been using Turbotax for over 20 years, and this Lady asked my why we're still using TT if we have technical issues. What? Lady you work for TurboTax. First you blamed Norton, then you blamed us (the customer) now your blaming TurboTax. The worst experience ever with with a TT agent.
