Homepage shows "needs attention." When I follow "Fix my return" steps, gives no explanation or path to fix. Page also shows return as accepted and rejected. Please help?

If your return was accepted, then there shouldn't be anything for you to fix. Try clearing your cookies and cache, then log back in to confirm the update.
