I happened to get Home & Business Turbotax s/w. But I do not have business income. 

Can I just skip the Business tap?

If you were self employed, an independent contractor, or received 1099 Misc and had expenses related to that work, then you would still want to fill that section out.   If you had none of those, then yes you can probably skip it.
