The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions all support entry of a Schedule K-1, either from a Form 1065, Form 1120S or a Form 1041.

As both ee-ea and DoninGa mentioned, the version of TurboTax that supports Forms 1065 as well as Schedules K-1 is TurboTax Business.  You would have to purchase a different version to complete the Form 1040 return.
