Divorce was finalized May 2024.. My 22 year old son lives with me and makes less than $20,000 a year. Am I able to file HOH and claim him. He is not in school .

No.    He cannot be claimed as anyone's dependent if he had more than $5050 of income.   Sorry.  You will file as Single.   You do not have a qualified dependent to file as HOH.
