"Hit a snag error" when trying to file federal return. Spent 3 hours on phone with support today with no resolution. Federal review and error check say my return looks great. Tried 2 different browsers on 2 different computers, on wifi at 2 different locations, tried using ethernet, tried on my phone, cleared caches a bunch of times. Also can't get to screen to pay for product. Apparently there is no tool Intuit has that can diagnose the problem? I'm told to start randomly deleting forms and see if that helps, or can start over. Please tell me there is another level of support that can help get to the bottom of the issue.
