High Deductible Plan

I need help choosing the correct answer for the following:

My spouse is covered under my HDHP, however Turbo Tax is saying that she failed to be an eligible individual. She received short term disability through her employer after having a baby in 2023. Please see screenshots below.
Insurance is through my employer, but short term disability is through her employer.

High Deductible Plan

This question is trying to determine if you used the "last-month" rule in 2022 . The last-month rule lets you use the full annual HSA contribution limit if you had HDHP coverage on December 1, even if you weren't covered by an HDHP for all of the year.

However, the catch is that if you use the last-month rule, the IRS requires that you stay under HDHP coverage untill December of the following for all of the following year (2023).In that case, you would answer "None" to avoid the following question, "Did Christina's High Deductible Health Plan coverage lapse in 2023 due to disability .
