if you clicked on the box that said submit your return you need no e-file instructions because you have e-filed.
@nancyliu65 asked: "I wonder why tax return document in 2020 does not including Electronic Filing Instructions (summary) page?"
If you would like a larger PDF of the return with all the worksheets, summary pages, electronic postmark, electronic filing instructions, etc., here's how to get it in Online TurboTax.
Have you recently efiled, and if so, has your return been accepted? If it hasn't yet been accepted, it's best to wait until it is, then the PDF will also contain the Electronic Postmark.
NOTE: When you open your return back up, do not make any changes in it if it's already been filed. If you later have to amend the return, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.
NOTE: Remember all PDF tax documents and tax data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc. Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.

The user likely wants it for their records as well as the other summary pages.
The Electronic Filing Instructions page has additional information on it, including any Balance Due or Refund amount, as well as the bank account routing number and account number used if one has an electronic debit of taxes due or a direct deposit of a refund.
It also has mailing information if one has chosen to mail a check to pay taxes due, including the address to use.
It also has some summarized info from the return as well as information about estimated tax payments, if applicable, and the 1040-ES voucher mailing instructions.
Nice workaround. Thanks for the tip.
