Hi I saw I owed fed tax. I signed out of my account, signed back in and now it says I’m receiving a fed tax return. Has any experienced the same? I am confused

I had the reverse happen to me.  I saw that the program didn't pick up the taxable amount of my Social Security.  I went over my tax forms, and they were all correct now.  Just spend some time going over your return.  It will take less time than calling Intuit
