Hi. I received two (2) W2's from two different Payroll Companies (GEP CENCAST, LLC and GEP CENEX, LLP), and need to know how to report them?

GEP CENEX, LLC W2 information is taken, but GEP CENCAST, LLC information is not because there is no value in Box 2 of the second W2.

If TurboTax is asking to confirm that the box is blank, you can do so and TurboTax should accept the W-2 entry.

Or, just put a zero for the box 2 amount.

You can try deleting the W-2 and then re-entering it. Don't put an amount in the box 2 entry if it is blank.
