Hi! I am trying ot file my taxes for free but it keeps asking me to buy a product and taking me in this endless loop. What should I do?

efiling and online prep are closed. you must either buy the CD version (make sure your computer has a CD drive) or a download version.  the return must be printed and mailed.

You missed the October 15 deadline to start a new online return.  Now you need to purchase desktop software and install/download it to a full PC or Mac--not a mobile device.  You can purchase it from TurboTax or from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, etc.
